These terms govern your use of the Oryvel Labs website and our apps — Callmate, Vibez, and Moniq. By using them, you agree to what follows. We've kept it short on purpose.

Using our apps

You get a personal, non-transferable license to use our apps as intended. Don't reverse-engineer them, resell access, or use them to break the law. Accounts are yours alone — keep your credentials to yourself.

Your content

Anything you create in our apps belongs to you. Where sync is enabled, you grant us the limited right to store and transmit that content solely to provide the service. We claim nothing else.

Availability and changes

Our apps are pre-release and evolve quickly. Features may change or be withdrawn, and we may suspend service for maintenance. We'll give reasonable notice before discontinuing any app, along with a way to export your data.

Liability

Our apps are provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru having exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: hello@oryvellabs.com.
