Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Oryvel Labs website and our apps — Callmate, Vibez, and Moniq. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't sell data, and most of what our apps handle never leaves your phone.
What we collect
On this website: nothing personal. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics that record aggregate page views only.
In our apps: your account email (if you create one), crash reports, and anonymous usage events. Content you create — call summaries in Callmate, queues in Vibez, ledgers in Moniq — is stored on your device unless you explicitly enable sync.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run third-party ad trackers. We don't read your content to train models. We don't retain data we no longer need.
Third parties
We use a small set of processors to run our services: cloud hosting for sync (when enabled), a crash-reporting service, and an email provider for transactional mail. Each is bound by a data-processing agreement and receives only what it needs.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and everything tied to it at any time. Deleting an app that stores data locally deletes that data with it. Write to us and we'll respond within 30 days.
